Hi, If you are using a Novation Remote25 to control Evolver please let me know. Evolver is only receiving notes, picthbend and mod wheel. I spent way to much time on this, so PLEASE HELP before i lose my freakin mind. SImon

If you want to use the remote 25 as a programming interface your not going to get to far. Remote 25 doesn't have a good enough sysex implementation to do it. Bummer eh? --- In DSI_Evolver@yahoogroups.com, Simon Leclerc <Simonvolt@v...> wrote:

Basically, i want to use the Remote 25 X/Y pad to control CC parameters. Do you know if i can use all Program Parameter Data on the Evo from 0 to 127 ?

Unfortunately, as you'll find in your evolver manual, there are but a handful of CC's available. Breath Control and Aftertouch might be good ones to chose. Set the 2 evolver parameters you want edit with your X/Y pad to those to CC's. Setup your remote 25 with those CC for X/Y. Remember, a lot of evolver paremeters have a range larger that 0-127, so setting a CC for it will not give you the full range on that parameter.

Sorry, CC#1 is Modulation Wheel. CC#7 is program volume control. Since there is no info on this in the manual (or i can't find it), i have to try and guess. So far i found that when using the Novation remote25, the CC are: CC#2 = Breath amount CC#4 = Foot Controller amount Anything else can control ?
