MMT-8 with Evolver?

I was wondering if anyone had paired up a MMT-8 with the Evolver? I was looking at picking up one, as it apparently will record and playback sysex data. I'm mainly interested in recording parameter tweaks, and looping them back to the Evolver (for long filter sweeps, etc.)
