Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

I've added a folder in the files section that contains blank banks 
for Evolver. All the parameters (with a few exeptions) are set at 
zero in every program in the selected bank. This is great for 
programming from scratch and sorting out programs from other banks.
