Re: [Evolver] Digest Number 747

Re: [Evolver] Digest Number 747

2005-06-14 by Alan Sisley

I recommend the editor, makes it much easier to sequence and patch. Also
great support from Mark at Soundtower if needed with the advantage that the
software preserves the weakest part of the Evolver....the little buttons
which seem pretty fragile (well relatively so when compared to the rest of
this sturdy little synth).

Re: [Evolver] Digest Number 747

2005-06-15 by jontu

Hi gyus,

Thanks for the input on the Soundtower editor, I need to check that
out as well! Although I'm more interested in the VST editor that's on
the way, and inputting note sequences by MIDI keyboard is possibly the
most comfortable way.

My question today is:

Would it be a problem to replace the knobs on the classic Evolver?

One of them was loose when my unit arrived, and I would perhaps fancy
something different than this light plastic feel.

Cheers & sunny days,

.jon

Speaking of VST editors, there already is one at rozzer.met for free,
it is just a home brew midi device panel, but works great (SX3 only).

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
