Hello again, I changed the PIC by the 3.0 again. The display is working again and it seems that al the functions, the software is 3.0 and also the PIC version, so everything should be working but the sound is still strange noises that change in each program. Anybody heard this before?

Subject: [Evolver] Mono Eolver Upgrade problem

Hello, I had a big problem with the 3.0 update, I'm going to explain the steps I followed:
I updated the OS via the Evolver editor, I think that this was the main reason of the problem but I checked the version after this and it was 3.0. After the SO update the Evolver sound was mainly a big noise, I suppoused that this will change when I replace the eprom and I did it but the noise was still there for all the programs, sometimes changed the intensity, sometimes there was sound only from one channel. So I though that the best thing I could do was to undo the update, and I replaced the eprom with the old one (2.1) and tried to upload the 2.0 SO with the Evolver editor again. At this step the lights of the sequencer started to blink and the Evolver seemed not to work, then I reseted and the light of the display never came back, it looks like it's completly dead, I don't know if I have to install again the 3.0 eprom and try, still didn't do it mainly because I don't know what SO version I have installed.
Any idea?
Thanks.
