Feedback 2 runs through the filter and amplifier, which means that
it's pretty useless for sounds that you play from the keyboard. You
can hear it working if you open the filter up a bit, turn the
resonance up, turn the amplifier env's sustain up to 100, then hold a
key. You hear the frequencies around the resonance point get louder
each delay tap. But as soon as you release the key the amplifier
envelope closes shut, so no more audio passes through the feedback 2
path and the delay ends.
The main use I've found for it is to set up the evolver as a send on
your mixer and use it like a delay pedal. You can get cool dub style
delays using feedback 2 this way :)
