well my question is like the title says, can it track pitch? i guess 
the answer is no but i want to be shure. if i plug in a guitar will the 
osc pitch change like in the korg ms20?

no, it won't do that.

...but if you strum the guitar you can make the evo step through its
sequence with each strum!
