evolver as a cc# parameter controller/generator for extrenal gears?

hello i got a boss effect that can be controlled with cc# control change messages.. one can set what control number controlling it and what parameter to control.. so is there a list somewere that says what kind of midi evolver spits out.. for instence.. what controller number filter cutoff or resonace sends..? if any..? would be cool to control parameters in external devices as the same time as the evolver from the evolver..:-) peace out.. peter
