FS: Dave Smith Instruments Poly Evolver Keyboard

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Asking: $2000
I am selling my Dave Smith Instruments PolyEvolver Keyboard, serial
#209. It has been owned only by me and has been taken care of in a
smoke-free and dust-free home studio. It's never been out of its box
in any other environment! I bought this in March of 2006 and it is
completely 100% functional and sounds great. The operating system has
been updated to the most current set: Main System ver 1.5 / Poly Voice
ver 2.10. The only thing that would distinguish this synth from a new
one out of the box is that there are a few slight scratches on the
bottom of the metal case, from a poorly placed screw on my keyboard
rack. Overall, a 9.9 out of 10. My reason for selling is only that I
invested in a Jupiter-8 and have neither the space nor the money to
afford both synths. The PEK comes in its original double-boxed carton
with original packing materials. It will of course come with the
original power supply and owner's manual. In addition, I will also
include:
- a registered version 2.02 of the SoundTower PolyEvolver editor
software for Mac OSX (PPC)
- Anu Kirk's Definitive Guide to Evolver
- Diagrammed table of the ROM waveshapes
- original factory set of programs and combos (sysex)
- Copies of the current operating system and voice ROM (sysex)
- SysEx Librarian software for Mac OSX (PPC)
- Evolver Wave Dump software for Mac OSX (PPC).

High resolution photos available at
http://www.twango.com/channel/mok.PEK - along with some demos of
sounds I created with the PEK. I have a good trader rating on AH and
my eBay rating of 100% (stimpyforever) - thanks for looking.

What's the secret of having a dust free studio?

You got me... I have a great air purifier and used a nice dust cover
on the synth. Smoke-free studio, dust-free synth.

Chuckle...
