They're saying around 2000 usd. The PEK is definitely more feature laden but, less voices. whereas, the?Prophet 08 has more voices?but,?less features as?the?PEK. I already?got a PEK and was wanting more polyphony and was going to?add a poly rack. Now with this?beast debuting my plans have changed as an 8 voice board will be?most welcome at home and abroad. You got a tough choice. On a final note, the?Evolver's?(PEK?specifically)?voice architecture, interface and signal path is my favorite. New sounds, New concept was the selling point for me. I will buy the Pro 08 cause I need the polyphony and so far the demos sound great.? Retro analog is getting old, I hope DSI doesn't abandon making new designs (this seems to be an awesome retake on the prophet though). Check out vintagesynth.com there's like a 30 plus page thread discussing it. I hate tough choices!!! -Bob
