New, free Evolver soundbank....

2008-01-08 by rory_dow

Hello fellow Evolvees (or something)...

I thought you might like to know about a free Evolver bank I just put
online. A full bank of new & tasty sounds for your fav synth.

Enjoy :)

RE: [Evolver] New, free Evolver soundbank.... (+ Librarian Question)

Thanks for those Rozzer, I'm looking forward to checking them out.

On the topic of loading banks, what librarians do people use for
organizing their patches? I'd like to organize the patches that I have
as MIDI files (which when run, fully replace existing banks). Do I need
to buy the DSI patch librarian or some other? Are there ones for free?

I use the Vyzor editor ( http://www.psicraft.com/Purchase/index.php ).
You can sort individual patches into banks and upload them, although I
haven't found a way to upload single patches yet.

If you're on PC, there's BorgStation ( http://www.borgstation.com ). I
think this only works with the Evolver Desktop, but it's a nice little
program, and it definately allows single patch upload/download. I'd
try this first and see if it works for you.

The other option is the official DSI/SoundTower editor. I have no
experience of that though.
