3.4 os for DEvo

I'm thinking of updating my Devo to the 3.4 os from 3.1. Is there any advantage to this?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
