dsi evolver desktop notation

i seem to remember a chart with oscillator pitch and corresponding note foruse with the sequencer. like 26 is C (not that i know its just an example) i cant find it anywhere. it was quite handy and i print out but now its lost. its not in the definitive guide either. any help is welcome.cheers
