I have a standard MEK with o.s. 1.0 ver. and DSP 3.3 ver., it is necessary to update the version if I make the modification to PE?

Hey there :)
I had to update my PEK OS for the Pot Edition, as there are new features (like how the pots behave). So I guess you will have to update the OS. Updating shouldn't be a problem.
