DEK twitchy buttons

DEK twitchy buttons

2012-06-13 by Spectral

Hi there,

A couple of the buttons on my DEK are a bit clunky - they have gradually lost sensitivity and now need to be pushed very firmly and a bit upwards or to the right or left.

I've taken them out and cleaned around inside with a sable brush but that didn't help. Is it OK to blow some switch cleaner (e.g. Deoxit) inside the Evolver?

Anyone else suffered this one?

All best

Mine MEK does this, it's quite frustrating. I'm thinking of getting the upgraded encoders on mine. I was going to get the pot upgrade but I also have a p'08 in need of a pot upgrade too

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
