RE: [DTXpress] DTXpressIII Brain with DTXpress I pad kit works ok ?

Steve,

Any pads you currently have connected to your Dtxpress I module, will work
fine on the Dtxpress III module. As far as the compatibility of you current
pads with the DM Pro module, I would think the mono pads should work ok, but
the stereo cymbal pads may not be chokable (I seem to recall reading that
somewhere.) Hopefully someone who has that module can chime in.

Subject: [DTXpress] DTXpressIII Brain with DTXpress I pad kit works ok?

Hello all,

I have the origiginal DTXpress I kit that I'm looking to upgrade the
brain/sound module. I'm looking at the DTXpressIII brain as a
replacement and also the Alesis DM Pro with my pad set. I lso have
upgraded dual pads for the snare and hat along with dual trigger
cybals and bell pad.
Any problems of incompatatabiltiy?

Thanks, Steve
