Its real basic. Make sure all your kits have the same designation as the instruction manual (program #'s). You can set those. Its basic but gives you the freeedom of changing kits like you would programs/patches on a keyboard in Cakewalk. Download the zip file. unzip it in your Cakewalk folder. When looking-up/loading instr definitions in Cakewalk... click the master folder. It has a few other instr definitions within it. Just pick DTXpress and you have a basic .ini file. I'm still workin' on a more comprehensive definition that will let you select and edit voices from within the Cakewalk sysex messages to the kit. Don't hold your breath...might be awhile. This file works great for me. Pro Audio 9 and SONAR. It should work for you also.
