A while back one of the members (the_kin_doc) here wrote a program that runs in Windows that allows you to adjusted settings in real time on the computer screen using a mouse or keyboard. You could then save your kits back and forth. It used to be available on his website, but the last time I checked the link was dead. It was called dEXTD.exe. I would have to check, but I don't think it was ever upload here, but was only available from his site. And it was written to work on the DTxpress II module.
