    old guy drummer and mcconja your advice worked. I have been
in drum heaven for the past couple of days. OGD the DTKick is the pad 
that works best. mcconja your self rejection suggestion dialed it in.
It was set to 5 and now to 0. Is there any way to set the sensitivity
to be more responsive to the dynamics of play ie (soft to loud) there 
is currently only one level. I did plug the KP-65 back in to see if it 
might be isolated to the KD-80 there both the same. For what it's worth 
the KD-80 is great feels great and it is still some what compact.I 
would have liked to bought yahamas version. I saw your kit OGD, 
incredible!
