Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hi. I'm expecting a shipment of a DTX-SE soon, and I'm looking forward
to it. I've never been behind a kit before, but I think I can manage
to do quite well. I don't plan on using the sounds on the module since
I've got large libraries of samples (Artist Drums, Drumkit from Hell 1
and 2, Purrrfect Drums, Kontakt 2 Library, Battery Kits, a few
electronic collections and VST instruments). 

Has anyone else had experience with the DTXIII and software samplers?
A major reason why I chose this set was the number of trigger zones
available on the cymbals and snare. What's the sensitivity like? I'm
still very pessimistic about this; I want to play in a wide range of
velocities.
