A Roland PD-85BK mesh snare on a Yamaha DTXPress III ?

Hi All,

I have a Yamaha DTXPress III drum set (a little bit customized) and I 
would like to know if it possible to replace the snare pad by a Roland 
PD-85 pad (which is a mesh snare) ?
