Re: is anyone using the DTXpress to trigger BFD

2006-01-07 by kpfulfor

I have the DTXpress III Special and BFD with the XFL Expansion. I
cannot figure out the variable hi-hat. I have read all the version
1.5 documentation and threads on kvraudio and there's not much info
for Yamaha users. bestrockindude, your description helps a lot but
what midi note values did you assign to the variable hi-hat hits? Did
you create a custom drum map in BFD or did you change them on the user
kit in the drum brain? Also, what slider settings and HH sensitivity
work best? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
