when u say that its not working... do you mean to say that there is no sound at all?
or there's sound but its weak or inconsistent?
you may want to check the trigger settings.. i have a dtxpress 3 sp and when i first setup mine, the hi-hat seems to be "not working", but after adjusting the trigger to SP (special) Med
taken from page 12 of the manual.....
This setting lets you select the Trigger Setup that is best matched
to the particular drum set you are using.
If you switch the type of drum set you are using with the
DTXPRESS III, make sure you use the procedure below to select
an appropriate setup.
1. Press the [TRIG] button to display the Trigger
Setup display.
2. Use the [VALUE
\ufffdC]/[VALUE+] buttons to select the trigger setup that best matches the
drum set you are using.
