Keith, the delay is not at the beginning of the sound, but at the end. It sounds like loads of reverb or very long samples. I tried to cut the hole thing and shorten the sounds, but it makes the sounds " synthetic". It helps a little bit when I shift the basic note, but not for all samples. Maybe I'm not realy clear but it's hard to explain.
