I would like to upgrade my cymbals to the new PCY135, PCY155, RHH135, and a TP120. These are all 3 zone. Will these work with the original Dtxpress? Has anyone else tried this? > The original DTXpress doesn't have 3 zone inputs, so you will only get two zones out of each of the pads you mention. With pads such as the RHH135, be sure to read the instructions that come with it to set up the module to work with it correctly - the DTXpress I doesn't have an RHH setting so suitable settings are in the instructions. You can find the instructions for all the pads here: http://www.yamaha.co.jp/manual/english/index.php With pads such as the TP120 it shows the limitations of the pads/module combinations in a table.
