RE: [DTXpress] Re: Anyone still around? Midi help

Sorry I can't remember the answer to this question from the previous e-mails (and am a little too busy to check)

But have you had any other midi devices working on your computer before now?

I wonder if you've managed to reach the windows xp limit of 10 in the registry (assuming you're using windows xp - or some later version, which I think is still affected)

What you have to do is go into the registry and clear out duplicate/old entries. I can provide a link to a document that explains how to do this (not my document) - but if it's not likely to be that..... then I'm not sure.

I kept getting the same error in midi monitor and it wouldn't let me enter the program. Only time I got the green light to flash was when I was closing out the program for some reason...

I can only guess, but you could have a driver problem, or some other settings on the computer. I wonder if anyone else has any ideas about what you could check?

Keith.
