Very interesting Keith, thanks. I am about to purchase a dtxpress iii kit this coming week. Decided that would be a better economical start to my journey.

I would especially appreciate if there are any UK or Scottish dtxpressers out there who I can annoy with questions as soon as I get it then please get in touch. 

I will be probably upgrading the snare asap, err if that's possible!

This is a great group with loads of resources so hopefully I can quickly get up to speed quickly with it.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
