Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

I think I need to re do my double bass pedal and add on cymbal. I am getting bleed over from crash cymbals when I hit toms (not a lot of cross or bleed. just enough to make it heard in recording) example when I hit floor tom I am getting ride cymbal # showing up and floor tom has lost the sticking response it once had . I tried changing the tom pads but get same response. I don,t know if i accentely  did something to triggers? I don,t  use them. I just plug headphone out to computer and record. never had a problem till a week ago
