Amps

Hi all,
I definitely support the "must have keyboard amp" rule if
you don't have a PA. You do need the range. I picked up a Fender KXR
100 when I bought my DTXpress and have been very happy with it.
Plenty of power for a garage or room in a house and very accurate
sound reproduction and adjustable eq. Three inputs allow you to
also send a mike or keyboard throughit if you're just jamming
with buddies and without a PA.

I practice a lot to cd's and also run this signal through the
KXR 100. I've gauged the sound quality of the amp by how faithfully
the songs come through from the cd's. I'm very pleasantly surprised
by how good the music sounds and how my drumming mixes in.

I picked up the amp for about $350.00 used in excellent condition.

Later,
Rick
