DTXPress + MaxiStudio Isis Midi

Hi !
I have an MaxiStudio ISIS Sound card. My question is, can i use my 
ISIS Midi Synth with DTXpress? Can i play in my drum and the sound 
being made by my sound card, not using DTXpress synth?
