I am planning on using my work laptop (since it has 256 M RAM
etc.) loaded with cakewalk 9 to hook up my dtxpress kit and try sequencing
etc.. However, the laptop does not have a game port. The only
(affordable) option is to purchase a MIDI to USB cable. Has anyone in the
group tried this set up--it is a real "pig" to configure?
