Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Midi via USB is the 'modern' way to achieve this anyway - it is reliable and usually very easy to set up.
I use one of the first units around - the Steinberg 2in 2out midi to USB box - works very well indeed.
