Re: Snare Problem

2002-04-08 by liberatusvirus

Hi Jay,

Off the top of my head, if the rejection parameter of your snare is
set too high, the snare may respond to another source that's hit
simultaneously and not make its own sound. Also, if the snare's
sensitivity is at the maximum(the switch underneath the actual pad,
assuming it's a stereo pad) the snare may be susceptible to other
triggers. That's all I can think of at the moment. Maybe others will
have ideas.

is any pattern but it just seems random. It produces a tom
sound. It seems to do it on several kits. I have only or two or
three kits I use a lot so I have not tested them all. Has any one
had this problem or know what it may be?
