Re: [DTXpress] Using Trigger 9/10

2002-05-04 by Ian Wilson

Okay, I got the TP80S to work in trigger 9/10. Here's how ...

There is a trig setting which swaps stereo jack 1 (kick) with jack 9/10. I set
this to swap, pulled the stereo cable out of 9/10 and put it into trigger 1
(kick), and put the kick cable into 9/10, and voila! Now my kick works fine
after a few settings, and I was able to set the head and rim of my TP80S to 2
different sounds.

It seems a little strange that trigger 1 (being stereo) is defaulted to the
kick bad. Why would you need a stereo cable for the kick pad?

Anyway, hope this helps someone else out in future.

Ian
