Yes, the DTXpress maps the snare and kick drum to different notes for some strange reason. Open the drum editor on Cubase and write down the note numbers for the snare and kick you require... Then, can't remember exactly, but edit the snare and kick notes on the DTXpress to be the same as you wrote down. Works fine then.
