I know how it feels when new stuff doesn't work right, but I would suggest we do some structured problem isolation to see what's happening. The potential is that the pads itself is not working, that the cable is not working, or that the module is not working. From what I've seen in your posts, I would bet on the pad. The reason I say that is you said that you heard a PING when you unpluged the cable (from the pad end I assume). That tells me that the cable and module are most likely OK, but humor me. First, we going to swap the pads. Swap the suspect pad with one that is working properly!. Unplug the cables at the pad end (as opposed to the module end) and swap them. If the symptom follows the pad, then chances are it is the pad that's not working. Make sure if it has a sensitivity adjustment, that it is set to full. Call your dealer and have them order you a replacement. If the symptom does not follow the pad, then swap the cables back to their original position, and try the next step. Assuming that the pad is working, now swap the cables (again, with a known working pad) at the module end. If the symptom follows the cable - nuke it and get another one. If the symptom does not follow the cable, then swap them back to their original positions and go to the next step. In the module , since this is a new setup I would reset the module to factory defaults first. If that doesn't correct it, you may have to talk with your dealer.
