Re: Has anyone gotten the pc/midi working?

2003-01-08 by liberatusvirus <liberatusvirus@yahoo.com>

Hi

Giles Hearn provided a basic MIDI analyzing program in the file
section; it's one of the utilities. Just install it to your computer
and monitor the MIDI input port. It should make troubleshooting a
lot easier. Notwithstanding the inordinate expense of changing
sequencers, if you did use Cakewalk, you'd find more posts in the
archives to help you. But many of these posts may still be valuable.
Run a search on MIDI and see what you get--or on a specific
difficulty. Post 1120 provides a summary of many problems and
solutions. Good luck.
