Been there, done that, bought the DS10 with DTXv2 module, very happy. First of all the dual zone pads aren't that much bigger, and they do take getting used to, especially the "snare". I find myself generating rim shots a-plenty if I stop concentrating on proper form, which is probably a good thing. I got such a deal on my kit (boxing day) that by the time I would have added dual zone this and that to the DTXpress I was edging up (or so I told my wife) to the DS10 price. And the DS10 has the DTX brain, better pedals and beefier hardware. Not to mention that oh so cool red anodized bracer bar! So, it's a question of dough. I'd have gone for Vdrums if I could have, would have been content with an Xpress, and landed happily in the middle. ========================================================================= pete Hot Java, Cool Tunes: Visit Caf\ufffd Pierre www.geocities.com/SoHo/Cafe/4024/ > From: Steve Kubisch <ww7y@...> > Reply-To: DTXpress@onelist.com > Date: Thu, 24 Feb 2000 12:33:49 -0700 > To: DTXpress@onelist.com > Subject: [DTXpress] DTXpress Questions??? > > I'm considering buying a edrums kit and have some questions about > DTXpress kit.
