Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

I'm sure this is in the message board somewhere, but so far all the 
posts I've found are really specific, and I need some general help:

I have the cable that attaches the brain of my DTX to my computer. 

Is it possible to get the recordings I've saved in my 'user song' 
banks onto my computer in .wav format? I see that in the 'Files' 
section some people have mp3s up, (which is what I would like), but I 
don't know how to do this.

If someone would give me some simple step-by-step instructions on how 
to do this (including what software to download, etc), I'd really 
really appreciate it.
