Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

I have a similar problem with my PinTech trigger
cymbals.  The leads coming out of the piezo need to be
resoldered every few weeks.  As you mentioned, it is
fortunate that this repair is both easy and cheap.
