I didn't like the idea of one crash and one ride without a bell either so just yesterday I purchased another pcy65 to use as a crash and moved my ride 65s to the right arm. I did use the 65s as a crash too but I didn't like smashing it like a crash so I just use it for light cymbal hits and have two crashes. Next I'm going to purchase the bell pad and place it on top of the 65s. I really like the idea of having all three sounds in one place. After I complete my ride cymbal I'm going to buy another pcy65 and use it as a china on my left rack arm. I was considering purchasing all pcy65s but when hitting one with some power you might get both sounds and that turned me off from that idea, so thats why I went with the plain 65. --- In DTXpress@yahoogroups.com, "leffelejon <gadda@k...>" <gadda@k...> wrote: > Hi all. > first of all thank you for your feedback to my last post about > double pedals... i think i will go for the iron cobra jr. > > Im thinking about expanding my set with a cymbal... > I hace 2 right now... 1 crash and one ride.... it would be nice with > 2 crashes and 1 ride (with the bell sound) i have the original pads > that came with the dtxpress 2. i dont know how many things i can > plug in into the 9/10 port but i guess i can plug in one mono cymbal > like pcy 65 and put the pcy 10 on top of it?
