Hi : > A friend of mine has a Roland system in which the metronome can be : > configured to actually say 'one two...' Roland users must have paid : good money for modules that can also teach them how to count. What : will they think of next at Roland, drum machines that eliminate the : need to play actual drums? :) Actually, I know that in the 'old' Yamaha WDM chipsets in patch 99 certain note numbers included a male voice saying 'one', 'two', 'three' and 'four'. You could check if the new WDM chipset (which is built-into the dtxII) has these 'notes' and assign them to the metronome settings in the util menu. Erik
