What "FOAM" are you talking about?  Do you mean the
felt washere?  I have the PCY10, and I have no "foam"
I have felt washers.  I have mine mounted on a cymbal
holder, I use mine as a bell pad, cowbell or splash
with no problems.  I think the best way to mount this
pad is on a holder of its own.
