Could be that alot of us are just dumb drummers and we aren't
professional technical support people... :) In many cases, we read these
posts during breaks at work or some other situation when we aren't in a
position to give the best advice, the nice part is that everyone tries.

In some cases we, even stop what >we're< doing, and work on a problem for
someone on the list rather than practicing with our own kits. Honestly,
mine is a bit dusty right now since I've been spending time reading and
posting rather than flamming away. :)

Best to have patience and continue to provide information to correct any
misconception we might have while we try to help. Since, if there is a
misunderstanding, you are the only one who can correct it so we can try
and help.

Many of these problems would be easy to explain or demo if we were
standing there, and some of us have trouble visualizing the problem even
when provided with a very clear description. Have patience and you will
find we come up with an answer for you... :)
