Raven: You could use the Yam rod, but since the orientation of the mount is vertical, rather than horizontal like the Yams, the drum would be directly over the bar that holds it and your hihat. What you need to get is a Roland style L-rod with the 1.5" barrel. I got some of these from Drumbalaya for $7 each. They'll fit into the Yam clamps. Stephen
