Hi Simon,

Sorry you've been waiting out in the wilderness for so long. I tried 
to find something and came up empty. A few members have discussed 
Cubase, but none of them appears to have produced instrument 
definitions. Since Cakewalk (Sonar) is a little easier to master, or 
at least get up and running quickly, many people seem to gravitate 
toward it. Anyway, I hope someone pops up with a file; if so, we'll 
house it.
