Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

I recently asked about buying replacement parts directly from Yamaha. 
I emailed Yamaha Parts and received the following:

TP65S PCB is part #V8420300, priced at $23.18 each
TP65S rim sheet switch is part #V8420100, priced at $152.28 each
KP65 outer rubber pad is part #V8587900, priced at $42.64 each
KP65 inner pad assembly is part #V8587100, priced at $57.84 each
(does not include tax, shipping and handling)They can be ordered by 
calling Yamaha toll free at 1-888-892-6242.

I replied back asking if the rim switch was really $152.28 each. I 
will see what their response is.

Considering that you can buy a new complete TP65S for $79.00(US) and 
a KP65 complete for $69.00(US), it appears to be cheaper to buy a new 
one as oppose to replacing a damaged/worn out one. Looks like 
upgrading TP65 to TP65S is out.
