This has been discussed many times on the list. AFAIK, there is no way to upload samples into the DTX. The DTX comes with an extensive (but ultimately finite) number of sounds that can be layered, tuned, effected, and envelope tweaked to produce a wide variety of sounds, however, there is no RAM or FLASHRAM to place new sounds into. In order to make "new" sounds (i.e. not from internal sound samples) you will need to use the MIDI out from your DTX to trigger sounds on a sampler or a computer system setup with a sampler...
