I'm lost -- polarity adaptor for the CK-V? I believed, perhaps
erroneously, that polarity was mainly an issue with high-hat controllers. 
My CK-V seems to function fine on the DTXPress 1 without an adaptor 
(although it runs very "hot" as mentioned previously).
