RE: [DTXpress] BP80

2003-11-13 by rdamon@mckinney-usa.com

Perry,

The BP80 comes with the rack clamp, a 12" tube, at pad clamp, the BP80 pad
and a stereo cable. If you don't get all of those in the set, you are being
short changed by the dealer. So verify all of this is coming with the BP80
before you order.

This is a similar issue that comes up with the PCY65S. Some dealers had been
removing the L-stabilizer from the package and selling as a separate item
for about $17 US. The PCY65S and the PCY80S both came from the factory with
the L-stabilizer, the PCY65 did not. So if you get a low price ($60) for the
BP80 then it maybe the stripped down package. Most online dealers and local
store are honest and leave the original packaging as is. I think I paid a
little over $100 for mine at the time.

Also, if you want to see the inside of one, go to the photo album section
under "Inside the dtxpress/BP80". It has work great for me. It must be
plugged into zones 9/10 on the dtxpressII for both piezo zones to work.
